Is Chia seed the same as basil seed (tokhm-e-sharbati)?

Although these two seeds are often mistaken for each other due to their similar appearance, basil seeds and chia seeds differ significantly in terms of appearance, properties, nutritional value, uses, and more. They cannot be considered the same or even interchangeable. The most important nutritional difference between the two lies in their omega-3 fatty acid content — chia seeds contain about twice as much omega-3 as basil seeds. On the other hand, basil seeds are richer in fiber compared to chia seeds.

Are the properties of white quinoa, black quinoa, and red quinoa different from each other?

There is no nutritional difference between the different colors of quinoa; all of them are rich in protein, vitamin E, B vitamins, calcium, and phosphorus. White quinoa becomes very soft and rice-like after cooking. Red quinoa turns brown when cooked. It is worth noting that all types of quinoa have a pleasant aroma and taste after cooking, but the texture of red and black quinoa is slightly firmer and more noticeable when chewed compared to white quinoa.
